Blueberry Lavender Matcha Latte
This blueberry matcha latte recipe is the perfect way to start your morning. Combining the natural sweetness of blueberries with the bold flavor of ceremonial grade matcha and a touch of aromatic lavender.

- 1/2 cup Homemade blueberry-lavender compote
- 2 tsp Matcha powder ceremonial grade or culinary grade
- 2 tbsp Hot water add more as needed (for matcha)
- 3/4 cup Milk feel free to use any kind of milk
- Ice cubes optional
In a matcha bowl, add 2 tsp of matcha powder then combine with hot water. Use a frother or chasen to whisk your matcha until it’s smooth and free of lumps. Set aside.
In a drinking glass, add your chilled blueberry compote to a drinking glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour your milk of choice into the glass until it is about 3/4 full
Pour your matcha mixture on top, stir everything together, and enjoy!
